Return & Refund Policy

At DILEEP KUMAR JONWAL, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

A monetary refund is applicable in the following cases:

Damaged or defective product received.
Wrong product received.
Wrong size received, i.e. a size different from the size ordered.
Incomplete order or set received.

For other eligible return cases, the customer may be offered an exchange or an e-Voucher valid for 1 year, as applicable.

3. Free Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are free of cost when the customer receives:

Wrong product or incorrect style.
Wrong size.
Damaged or defective product.
Incomplete order or set.

The Company reserves the right to levy applicable shipping charges in cases requiring additional verification or legal scrutiny.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original tags must be attached and returned.
All accessories and packaging, if applicable, must be returned.
The product must not have been washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The Company reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Masks
Fragrances
Stationery

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, customers can:

7. Image Requirements

For verification, customers may be required to provide product or tag photographs.

8. Refund Processing

Once the return/refund request has been received, verified and approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

After initiation, the refund is generally expected to be credited within 4–8 days.

The actual credit time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card network or other external service providers.

9. Refund Method

For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to place the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be processed through NEFT to the bank account details provided and verified by the customer.
